They seemed as disgusted as we were about the behavior and treatment we experienced. We walked away, stopped at the bathroom on the way to the front door, where security was located and heard a staff member and a security guard inquiring 'where are they?'.my husband then said 'are you looking for us?'.which they replied yes. Her big male colleague then approached us, from the other side of the bar, all aggressive and leaning over and said 'you need to leave for violating our policies'.my husband, with an accent, responded 'what policy?' to which he responded about the mask policy, and words were exchanged.the barman then went with his clear favorite response with the terms 'you people' called him a 'piece of sh*t' and then told him to 'crawl back under the rock he came from'.then proceeded to contact security.
She was just looking for a 'fight' and using Covid as her excuse to be rude. Then all hell broke loose when some other staff member, female, not sure if she was a waitress or cleaner, told us to move our chairs in closer to the bar, and then kept on us about putting up our masks between every puff and drink.NO ONE ELSE WAS AT THE BAR. Sat down at the bar over by the table games, asked if we could drink and smoke at the bar without playing the inlaid games, was given an ashtray by a very nice waitress behind the bar.
We had been drinking, as you do in a casino.
